Management Opportunities

Restaurant Managers
Restaurant managers provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the restaurant General Manager and may supervise 15 - 20 restaurant employees per shift with direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked.
Experience/Education
High School Graduate or equivalent, advanced education preferred.
A minimum of one year experience in a restaurant as a manager or comparable position.
Must successfully complete the Denny's management training program.
Must be legally eligible for employment in the US.
Pre-employment drug testing required.

General Managers
Provide leadership and supervision to a single restaurant management team and its employees. The position reports to an Area Manager and supervises up to four restaurant managers, and up to 100 hourly restaurant employees with direct accountability for all operational results for one company restaurant.
Experience/Education
High School Graduate or equivalent, advanced education preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in restaurants as a General Manager or comparable position.
Must successfully complete the Denny's management training program.
Must be legally eligible for employment in the US.

Area Manager
Area Managers provide leadership and supervision to restaurant management and employees for all aspects of restaurant business in a defined area. The position reports to the Regional Director of Operations and supervises five to ten General Managers with direct accountability for all operational results of up to ten company restaurants.
Experience/Education
High School Graduate or equivalent with some college preferred.
Minimum of three years of management experience in restaurants with multiunit P & L responsibilities or comparable position.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Prior Area Training Manager and multiunit management experience preferred.
Must be legally eligible for employment in the US.
