Denny’s Director Brenda Lauderback Named to NACD Directorship 100

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (September 13, 2017) – Denny’s (Nasdaq:DENN) today announced that Brenda Lauderback, Director and Board Chair, has been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) 2017 Directorship 100 list. The recognition highlights her exemplary leadership in the boardroom and archetypal influence within the corporate governance community.

Brenda Lauderback joined Denny’s board of directors in May 2005 and has served as Board Chair since May 2006. Mrs. Lauderback has over 25 years of experience within the retail industry and over 35 collective years of participation on public community boards. She currently serves as a Director of Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. and Select Comfort Corporation. Previously, she served as Director of Big Lots, Inc., President of the Wholesale and Retail Group of Nine West Group, Inc., President of the Wholesale Division of U.S. Shoe Corporation, and Vice President/General Merchandise Manager of Dayton Hudson Corporation. Mrs. Lauderback is also a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow.
