When was Denny’s founded?
Harold Butler and Richard Jezak opened a donut stand in 1953 and called it Danny’s Donuts. Butler’s stated promise was “To serve the best cup of coffee, make the best donuts, give the best service, offer the best value and stay open 24 hours a day.” Today that donut stand is a restaurant chain with a slightly different name, over 1,500 locations and a proven reputation for keeping Mr. Butler’s original promise.

How do I get deals at Denny’s?
Join our Denny’s Rewards program and receive our latest news, offers and exclusive promotions! Receive 20% off your next visit when you sign up at dennys.com/rewards. We also offer an AARP discount when you show your membership card in-store, plus Kids Eat Free offers in select locations. Discounts cannot be combined. See store for details.
Can I use my AARP membership card for a discount?
AARP members are eligible to receive 15% off their entire check when they scan their membership card in-store. Available only to current AARP members and at participating restaurants. Excludes alcoholic beverages, Everyday Value Slam, Super Slam, merchandise, gift cards, and orders made online. Not stackable or combinable with Original Grand Slam promotions, $2468 menu items or any other offers or promotions. Maximum discount not to exceed $10.00.
Do Kids Eat Free at Denny’s?
Kids Eat Free with adult entrée purchase of $6 or more. Offer is valid at participating restaurants for up to two free kid's entrées from the kid's menu per one adult entrée. Days and participation vary by location. Restrictions may apply. One free entrée per kid. Offer valid for dine in only. Not valid for online orders. Restrictions may apply. See store for details.
My Coupon Has Not Expired. Why Does the QR Code Say It Did?
For in-store use, once the QR code is generated, the QR code will be valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours you’ll need to redownload or print the QR Code. You’ll still be able to enjoy this offer until the expiration date listed on the offer if not used within 24 hours.
Can I get married at Denny’s?

Does Denny’s serve breakfast all day?

Does Denny’s have Gluten Free items?
GF indicated food options that are Gluten Free on our menu. Items marked as GF meet the FDA specified definition of less than 20 parts per million for a gluten free claim. Please note that our restaurants are not set up as a strictly gluten free environment. Due to shared preparation and cooking areas in our kitchens and the risk of cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM 

What is Denny’s Booth Rewards?
Denny’s Booth Rewards is our new loyalty program where you earn Booth Bucks (points) with every purchase — in-store or online. Redeem them for free menu items, exclusive deals, and more.
What’s different from the old Denny’s coupons?
We’ve upgraded! With Booth Rewards, you earn Booth Bucks (points) automatically and get personalized offers and rewards right in your account.
What happens to my old Denny’s coupons?
The old coupon program is being retired and the coupons will not carry over. Your old Denny’s Rewards app will need to be updated in order for you to see your updated loyalty experience.

JOINING IS EASY 

How do I join Denny’s Booth Rewards?
There are two easy ways to join:

• In restaurant: sign up by scanning the QR code
• Online: Download the app or visit dennys.com/rewards
What information do I need to sign up?
You'll need your first and last name, phone number, email address, birthday, a password, and your favorite Denny’s location.
Do I need the app to use Booth Rewards?
Nope! You can earn and redeem Booth Bucks (points) just by using your phone number. But the app makes it easier to track your rewards and get notifications. If you do use the app, be sure to make sure you have the latest version by visiting the app store.
What happens after I join?
You’ll get:

• A welcome offer
• A welcome email with all the details

How do I earn Booth Bucks (points)?

Earn 10 Booth Bucks (points) for every $1 spent when you:

•    Dine in and give your phone number or scan your QR code at checkout 
•    Order online through Dennys.com/order or the Denny’s app while logged in 

Do I need to track anything?
Nope — we track everything for you. Your Booth Bucks are added automatically after each eligible purchase.
Can I earn Booth Bucks (points) without the app?
Yes! Just provide your phone number when dining in or sign in when ordering online.

REDEEMING REWARDS 

How do I redeem a reward when I dine in?
  1. Order the item tied to your reward before the check is closed.
  2. Let your server or cashier know you have a Booth Rewards offer.
  3. Provide your phone number or scan your QR code.
  4. Your reward will be applied to your bill before payment. 

Important: Rewards must be applied before the check is closed — we can’t apply them afterward. 

How do I redeem a reward online or through the app?
  1. Start an order through Dennys.com/order or the app.
  2. During checkout, select the offer you want to use.
  3. The discount will be applied automatically, and you’ll see it in your order confirmation. 
What kind of rewards can I get with my Booth Bucks?

Once you earn 600 Booth Bucks, a Booth Reward will automatically be deposited in your account. You can choose from a selection of:  

  • Appetizers
  • Beverages (coffee, juice, soft drinks)
  • Sides
  • Desserts
  • Kid’s meals 
What isn’t applicable for reward redemption?
  • Tax, Tip
  • Alcohol
  • Pull Tabs
  • Merchandise

What’s included in the welcome offer?

You get a Booth Reward just for signing up. This is good for select appetizers, beverages, sides, kid's meals, and desserts.

Do I get anything for my birthday or anniversary?

Yes! You’ll get special gifts and rewards to celebrate your birthday and anniversary. 

Will I get other deals throughout the year?

Absolutely — you’ll receive surprise offers, bonus Booth Bucks, and personalized deals based on how you dine. 

POINTS & EXPIRATION 

Do Booth Bucks (points) expire?

Yes. Your Booth Bucks (points) expire 365 days (1 year) after they are earned if not used. 

Do my Booth Rewards expire?

Yes. Your Welcome Offer will expire 14 days after you receive it. For all other rewards, once you reach 600 Booth Bucks (points), the reward automatically added to your account will expire 60 days later. Check your app or Dennys.com/rewards profile to track your active rewards and expiration dates.

Make sure you confirmed your account by clicking the link in your new rewards email. If you still don’t see the reward, check your spam folder or contact support through the app or dennys.com/contact-us
